CXO Strategies Middle East is looking to hire a creative and hardworking experiential content and speaker management executive as part of its growing portfolio of marketing services.
In this role, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in helping us build our portfolio of event talent and experience services that include: exploring and connecting with powerful speakers, storytellers, local business achievers and building a roster of corporate event experiences including activation possibilities that will elevate our offerings to our global clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for exceeding expectations.
Experience level – Mid Level (Must have at least 2-3 years of work experience)
Job role:
- Develop ideas to enrich event content
- Play a pivotal role in identifying high-calibre speakers
- Build our speaker management initiatives and maintain strong relationships
- Research and identify new storytelling ideas/showcases/narrative power
- Reach out and communicate with possible talent to build the CXO brand of services
- Support the build-out of a pipeline for new business opportunities that are ideas-driven
- Seek out interesting off-beat and wow experiences
- Build new supplier relationships for activation ideas
- Elevate our client’s customer engagement tactics with new ideas
- Conduct strong research and anchor ideas generation
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with high calibre Speakers and Event Talent
- Provide structured and well-thought-out presentations based on client briefs
Job requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a speaker agent; adept at understanding contracts and managing both talent and clients
- Willingness and capability to constantly seek out new ideas for B2B initiatives
- General knowledge of and interest in well-spoken public figures and experts in a wide range of fields that mirror our clients’ mission and values.
- Understanding of the key trends in the region
- Strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills
- Independently balance among multiple priorities and projects from conception to completion
- Proficient in Microsoft suite (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
